listen its a proven fact, masterbation creates steriod like results before a workout, but like i said in another thread it has to be extremely quick, so use cream!

I went on an "ejaculation fast" a few months ago (for 5 weeks), I've never had my test measured but I can tell you that by the last week. Every single female regardless of age, shape, or race was hot...sexual thoughts were constant...and I wanted to kick the shit out of the world (aggressive thoughts), + I had more energy...some pretty good indications that my test was elevated

well not the any shape/age part.

I don't know if it hurts your test levels..BUT I definitely would not indulge in masturbating/sex on work out days...that shit just kills your ability to lift anything other than a sandwhich before going to sleep.

On a side note, some native american tribesman believed that during intercourse part of your spirit and the female spirit join in the creation of a new life...this of course is pulling on your lifeforce, thus the need to recover. Anyway, say you just masturbated ,then this part of your spirit would return to you after resting. i just thought that was an interesting story and if true would explain a lot.

mmm , i got another question , in da same subject about masterbation even till now i didn't see scientific info i see just opinions . my question is when i eject or masterbate what happend i mean what is the cum consistes of beside test. and sperms , and what should i eat or drink after masterbation to recover and gain the subestance that i lost ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????

Semen or sperm is a fluid that contains spermatozoa. It is secreted by the gonads (sexual glands) of male or hermaphroditic animals, including humans, for fertilization of female ova. Semen discharged by an animal or human is known as ejaculate, and the process of discharge is called ejaculation. Like blood, semen consists of two parts, the cellular part (spermatozoa and in some instances leucocytes and epithelial cells) and noncellular part (seminal plasma).

Approximately 200- to 500-million spermatozoa (also called sperm or spermatozoans), produced in the testes, are released per ejaculation. However, they make up only about 2–5% of the volume of semen. The bulk of the semen is composed of seminal plasma, the fluid portion of semen. This fluid is contributed by the accessory male reproductive organs. Some 60% of the volume of ejaculate is produced by the seminal vesicles, and most of the remainder is generated by the prostate. A small amount of viscous mucus secreted by the bulbourethral glands contributes to the cohesive jelly-like texture of semen.

Seminal plasma of humans contains a complex range of organic and inorganic constituents. They include metal and salt ions, sugars, lipids, steroid hormones, enzymes, prostaglandin hormones, amino acids and basic amines. The seminal plasma provides a nutritive and protective medium for the spermatozoa during their journey through the female reproductive tract. The normal environment of the vagina is a hostile one for sperm cells, for it is very acidic (from the native microflora producing lactic acid), viscous, and patrolled by immune cells. The components in the seminal plasma attempt to compensate for this hostile environment.

Basic amines such as putrescine, spermine, spermidine and cadaverine are responsible for the smell and flavor of semen. These alkaline bases counteract the acidic environment of the vaginal canal (which is harmful to sperm), and protect DNA inside the sperm from acidic denaturation. Salts and metal ions in the semen help to create a more hospitable environment for the sperm in the vaginal canal. A typical ejaculation can contain up to 5 mg of zinc. Zinc serves to help to stabilize the DNA-containing chromatin in the sperm cells. A zinc deficiency may result in lowered fertility because of increased sperm fragility. Zinc deficiency can also adversely affect spermatogenesis.

The simple sugar fructose is the main energy source of sperm cells, which rely entirely on sugars from the seminal plasma for energy. Other components of semen (mucus and texturizing proteins) serve to increase the mobility of sperm cells in the vagina and cervix by creating a less viscous channel for the sperm cells to swim through, and preventing their diffusion out of the semen. Prostaglandin hormones are involved in suppressing an immune response by the female against the foreign semen.

I wouldn't worry about getting that specific about what to eat or drink afterwards as far as it affects your bodybuilding gains. It's really not going to do anything in comparison to proper diet and exercise and supplementation. However, if you're really interested in the subject, this is what was at the end of the long post I had in the other thread which basically sums everything up and tells you what to do if you wish to incorporate it into your program:

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER: A HORMONE PROTOCOL

Research is useful inasmuch as it can be applied to provide direction. Based on the latest scientific research on sexuality and sexual behaviour as it relates to physiological function, here is chronological sequence of action that best utilizes the findings of the research:

1. Because testosterone levels are minimized in the presence of elevated insulin levels, the pre-workout meal should consist of lipids and protein - both of which have negligible impacts on insulin levels.

2. Research demonstrates that testosterone levels rise as a response to sexual stimuli. Therefore, an athlete could benefit pre-workout by being exposed pre-workout to sexual stimuli. The athlete could then exercise with increased testosterone levels and aggression.

3. Post-workout, the athlete should consume a protein drink with flax oil or olive oil. Lipids facilitate the passive permeation of the cell wall by sex hormones.

4. One hour post-exercise, the athlete should achieve ejaculation. This will increase the natural level of killer cells, thus increasing immune-system function and enhancing recovery abilities. The increase in killer cells will prevent over-training.

You may also choose to postpone the achievement of ejaculation for seven days so as to maximize testosterone on a day of the athletes choosing - i.e. on the hardest training or competition day. If the athlete chooses this protocol, ejaculation should be achieved on the seventh day, post workout and according to the above protocol, so as to avoid the negative feedback suppression of LH demonstrated on day eight of abstinence.

Natural testosterone fluctuations can be manipulated only within the context of hormonally correct exercise and nutrition. If nutrition or exercise are inappropriate and if insulin and estrogen levels rise, testosterone, GH and IGF-1 will be adversely impacted and muscle growth inhibited.
