I have my first show coming up in 1 week and 5 days, after that I'm going to allow myself a couple of days to eat whatever I please. After that I'll be jumping on this diet.

Bulking Diet (Start Date:Monday October 24th/2005)

Monday-Friday

Meal#1(7:00a.m.):-1 scoop of whey in water

Cardio(7:15a.m.-7:45a.m.):steady walk on highest incline

Meal#2(8:00a.m.):-1 packet instant oatmeal
Omelette with:
-8 egg whites
-1 slice fat-free processed cheese
-a few slices of tomato

Meal#3(11:00a.m.):-1 chicken breast (aprox.8 oz)
-1 cup of mixed vegetables
-250ml fat-free milk

Meal#4(2:00p.m.):-1 can of tuna
-1 cup of instant white rice
-1 cup of mixed vegetables

Meal#5(4:30p.m. pre-workout):-1 packet instant oatmeal
Omelette with:
-8 egg whites
-1 slice fat-free processed cheese
-a few florets of broccoli

Workout(6:00p.m.-7:00p.m.)

Meal#6(7:00p.m. post-workout):-2 scoops of whey in water
-1 banana

Meal#8(8:00p.m.):-1 can of tuna
-1 cup of instant white rice
-1 cup of mixed vegetables

Meal#9(9:45p.m.):-1 cup of fat free cottage cheese

Monday-Friday aprox. daily calories:3055

Saturday and Sunday

Meal#1(8:00a.m.):-1 scoop of whey in water
-1 packet instant oatmeal
Omelette with:
-8 egg whites
-1 slice fat-free processed cheese
-a few slices of tomato

Cardio(9:00a.m.-9:30a.m.):light walk around neighbourhood

Meal#2(11:00a.m.):-1 chicken breast (aprox.8 oz)
-1 cup of mixed vegetables
-250ml fat-free milk

Meal#3(2:00p.m.):-1 can of tuna
-1 cup of instant white rice
-1 cup of mixed vegetables

Meal#4(4:30p.m.):-1 packet instant oatmeal
Omelette with:
-8 egg whites
-1 slice fat-free processed cheese
-a few florets of broccoli

Meal#5(7:00p.m.):-Saturday (Cheat Meal)
-still must be healthy and full of protein with limited carbs
(e.g.-Roasted Chicken sub from Subway or fajitas from
Lone Star)

-Sunday:
-1 can of tuna
-1 cup of instant white rice
-1 cup of mixed vegetables

Meal#6(9:45p.m.):-1 cup of fat free cottage cheese

Sunday aprox. daily calories:2665

this is just for the first two-three weeks of bulking if I find weight gain isn't coming as desired I'll do such things as replacing the cup of mixed veggies with my chicken breast to a baked potato, and also I'll add some rice cakes and peanut butter along with my cottage cheese before bed time.

Lmao @tomatoes..i dont know where in the world you would get this information.. here is the nutritional value of a tomatoe..
weight=180gm
water content=94%
calories=35
protein=2g
carbohydrates=8g
fiber=3g
fat=1g

and I believe this thread is title "bulk up diet".. so why would sugar be that big of a deal anyways?

ok here we go.. first off how much do you weigh? 3,300 cals a day doesnt really seem enough to me.. but that totally depends on your current weight.. the lay out of your meals seems to be in order.. but i dont see any information on when you train? and will you be doing cardio everyday in the offseason?.... lots of guys when they bulk get a bit scared of getting fat.. but to be quite honest you need as much fuel as you can get if you want to GROW... i think you need more complex carbs in your meals.. if you want to continue growing you need to supply the fuel for it.. after your workout your need to get your insulin high by taking in those simple carbs then shortly after having a full course meal..

wait i just seen where you put workout.. sorry about that.. your schedule as planned timewise looks good.. its best to workout at nite.. that is when you are strongest...but you need way more food then that to grow.. if you ask me that almost looks like a good lean down diet.. forget just the egg whites.. go with the whole egg.. you definetely need more fats and carbs in that mix.. yams, rice ( and not just one cup) mashed potatoes... and forget about the low fat cheese.. get the good stuff man.. feed your body with those healthy vitamins and minerals..

well im not too sure they know what there talking about then.. because tomatoes arent bad for you at all.. if anything they help with dieting.. ive seen pros eat tomatoes with their chicken all the way till show time... lots of people get rid of tomatoes during cutting diet though because it tends to have lots of acid in it.. but overall especially if your bulking.. tomatoes wont hurt a bit..

i gotta say i really dont know if i like this diet...my clean bulk contains 3500 to 4000 calories a day...thats what you need to really grow man...and drop that packet oatmeal and use the regular kind its much better for you and doesnt have all that sugar. and yeah get more complex carbs and more clean fats like eggs with yolk and almonds and peanut butter. this would be much easier if i knew your weight.
