Hello, does anyone know a site where you can fill in your date such as gender, age, weight, lenght and then it calculates how many calories you burn a day. And that has an option to fill in a goal like lose 5 pounds in 5 weeks, then you should eat x calories less a day. I just to know one, but it's gone. Thx in advance

And no. Sorry to break this up to you, but in bodybuilding your momma won't be there to prepare everything for you. You need to think, and you need to experiment to find out for yourself what you do and don't need.

Have you been listening? You can't assume that just because your neighbour is your age, height and weight you're gonna need the same calories/macros/micros as him.

I posted this link a little while ago. Almost nobody looked at it even though people always ask questions like this.

Resting Metabolic Rate Calculator

Check out the link. If you know your body fat % this will be fairly accurate for giving you a basic idea of how many calories you burn in a day(without your lifting, activity etc) ---its a resting metabolic rate. Having the body fat % makes it much more accurate than any formula that only requires weight/height etc(considering that a pound of fat only burns about 3 calories a day or something crazy like that). But Uriel is right...you do need to experiment on your own, this wont solve all of your problems but it is a good base.

Good luck, let me know if you have any questions. :)
