The first product I ever used was isopure protein and in my own opinion that can't be beat. I had no supplements when I started it and as soon as I started taking it I was packing on mass and I just felt bigger. Next I added Cell-Tech Creatine which I would NOT recommend because of the high sugar content in it. It taste good but it's not rated highly among bb'ers or people in this forum which are also bb'ers so yeah. Multivitamin I take one centrum for men in the morning. Centrum gives me good clean energy and good vitamins in my own opinion nothing unnescacary in it. The last thing I would recommend is to have a blented Fruit and Vegetable drink. As bodybuilders we all know we struggle to get our fruits and vegetables and having a drink like Odwalla SuperFood. For cutting weight I like to have a slim fast in the morning. Not everyone recommends it but that's what I like.
