Just this morning I was going through the supermarket and found this cured ham (sold in slices) that has like 25g of protein and <10g of fat (and practicly no carbs) per 100g. This is sooooo awesome! Bite your eyes out 'cause I got me high protein/(relatively) low fat great tasting pork to chew on every day

We have some in the fridge. Its got really good facts. The problem with ham, and hotdogs, cooked sausage and lunch meat is that it is cured with sodium nitrate/nitrite, which has been linked to stomach cancer. I still eat it though, just in moderation. It really helps liven up eggs and stuff though. (Egg whites on a whole wheat english muffin, slice of ham, and fat free singles........mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm)
