Look, I really don't know what you are trying to accomplish here. You are 15, it's about high time you understand the ramifications of that. You keep asking about supplements over and above the regular whey/creatine/glutamine stack. You need to understand that supplement companies actually want to make money off you, the sooner you understand that, the clearer it will become that all the junk on the shelves isn't going to help. Just because some pro bodybuilder endorses a product, it doesn't mean shit. Do you honestly think that Ronnie used BSN or Musletech supplements to develop his physique to that level?
Just stick to big-eating diet with basic, tried and proven supplements. Anything over and above that and you risk damaging your body. Also, a lot of the shit you see on the shelves doesn't actually work.
