For My supplements I've been taking a multivitamin in the morning. Along with a slim fast shake. I take Protein and Creatine Monohydrate shake after I workout and also i'm thinking about adding some redline before cardio in the morning. I try to do 60 minutes cardio every morning so i'm not person who expects supplement to do everything. I try to eat good and I stay away from fatty/greasy/sugary foods. What do you guys think?
Sounds to me like you have a solid plan. Do you do 60 minutes of cardio every day? If so that would seem to be cutting into adding muscle to your frame. You are correct about the supplements, they should not be a replacement for regular eating habits.
