In my opinion, there are three errors in your plan.

1) You should not have a protien/carb shake before and during your workout. Your stomach should be empty and you should only sip water. This is important because digestion processes WILL interfere with heavy workouts. After your workout (post work out = PWO) is when you have that shake with simple carbs to quickly replace muscle glycogen used up by the workout. A good PWO shake will make a noticeable improvement in your recovery.

2) Eat some complex carbs in the morning. Oatmeal is a staple but any low glycemic index carb will do. A few veggies throughout the day wouldn't hurt either.

3) The last meal of the day should be relitively low carb and low glycemic index. I usually eat a chicken before I go to bed. Weight gainer is only usefull for drinking post workout as in #1.

The objective of a good bodybuilding diet is to supply fuel (blood sugar) for daily activities and protein for the muscles while keeping that same blood sugar level as low as is reasonably possible. If the blood sugar is kept low and stable your insulin sensitivity will also improve. This allows that high glycemic index (sugary) PWO shake to force more glycogen into your depleted muscles.
