Thanks for tellng me how many cals are in 1 gram of protein.
I miss quoted you on "thinking" you said steroids increase protein absorbtion but you defintely said they allow your body to use it, which is total BS. Steroids increase proteins effeciency by increasing nitrogen retention and protein synthesis.
Now both of you are calling me immature for saying you are wrong? Total clowns.
