If you want to gain 15 ibs of muscle I would recommend eating a little bit more. Depending on what brands of foods you are eating, my guess is your only getting in 200g of carbs. Protein intake is way too low. Shoot for 1.5-2g of protein per pound of your weight. In other words, you should be getting atleast 255g of protein. I know that might sound like a lot but its not much at all. Dont rely on shakes tho. Other than that you diet is pretty clean which is definately a good start.

yea im thinking of addin another meal, the easiest way would be eating the same **** like buying a med turkey and eating it all week
2 turkey sandwhiches a day for meals 2-3 and between that i was thinking another shake maybe a gainer? on my lunch break

also alota my carbs during the day are 12 grain bread easy to prepare so i eat it alot as you can see, i find that by me making chicken just taste like crap in the oven so i dont want to eat it anymore i love a good turkey sandwhich and a glass of milk what do you guys think ?
