Not all supplements are worthless, but yeah you can make great gains just have a good diet and train hard. But like Hdogg said why don't you want to take protien power? Just wondering

Protein powders are simply a time saver. I could for example insteed of taking a gainer after workout, wich contains 30p 70c, take a can of tuna and some bananas. roughly said.
hey bro i always tell 2 my friends that if u have a limited amount of budged then spended on solid food...but if u have this extra pocket money then buy quality suplements in addition 2 solid food....it will help and not hurt but u have 2 eat SOLID FOOD....and btw i bulked up from 240 to 310 with absolutly no supplements just solid foods....but now i just starting 2 buy supplements again like protein powder and glutamin cuz am cutting...GL......
