I need to gain weight and dont have enough time to eat more due to school can some please recommend a weight gainer to take perferably one without creatine or glutamine. thanks

I was looking at N-large 2 but it says it has L-glutamic acid is that the same as glutamine.

Banshee thanks for the link read it already and dont really have enough time to make it, im really just looking for something I can just mix up fast.

bigmx im looking for something high in calories with no creatine or glutamine thanks.
