I think 45 mg's of ephedrine + caffeine is the only supplement is worth while taking while cutting, it really boosts your energy levels... although it depends on the person... some like it some dont. just like everything in life.
priorities for me 1- protein powder 2- good multi vitamin 3- creatine 4- ephedrine + caffeine.
of course i dont use all of those together all the time, but protein and multi i use all the time.
