However, I just want a straight answer.
I have been working out for about 9 months now and never took any kind of Creatine.
What is Proven to work the best for people on here (not what you have herd is the best)
and could someone please explain what it exactly does for you.(im not real clear on that either)
I herd if you use monohydrate liquid drops it gets in your system faster and you get more of it. My gym has some of that (liquid Creatine in a dropper bottle) stuff from ATP is that good stuff?

pure creatine monohydrate....creatine in an NO product like SAN's v12......or CEE (creatine ethyl ester) would be ur best beti think....

when i took creatine it was in powder form ...i heard mixed reviews on liquid creatine

Creatine gets converted by your body to creatine phosphate. Your body uses ATP (Adenosine Tri Phosphate) for energy by removing a phosphate group, converting ATP to ADP (adenosine di phosphate). Creatine converts ADP to ATP, so it can be removed again and more energy created. Thats it. Look for a straight creatine powder, not one mixed with sugar.

id say stick to Prolab creatine monohydrate.
simple and effective, JMO.
