During the day I eat

Protein Shake:40g
Oats: 5g
Chicken Breast: 20g
Tuna from the can: 37g
Dinner stake, chicken or pork always at least:20g

For a total of 122g of protein. I weight 185 as of this morning.

Any suggestions I eat every 3 hours and I eat clean and work out 6xs a week. 3days cardio/abs and 3days heavy weights

Do I need to add another shake at dinner?

If your lactose intolerant, I would go with a whey isolate to help with your protein requirements. Dont get a concentrate if you are lactose intolerant.

Just incase you were skeerd. I get idiots all the time saying protein in high amounts is bad for you. I posted it incase you like to argue with non-athletic types like me.

if u keep them in a sealed container and in the shells, they should be good for up to 5-6 days. any longer than that, and they won't be very good.

Lean Mince (Beef, Lamb, turkey - my favourite)
Liver (cheap source of protein if you don't mind eating offle)
Tuna (both fresh & tinned)
Salmon, Herring, Mackerel (good source of Omega 3 as well).
Hope that helps a bit.

20 grams of protein seems low to me for chicken breast and steak. if you upped your portion size on each of these to 35 grams of protein, you would be getting 155 grams of protein. You said you eat every 3 hours. Do you eat protein at every meal? If so, 30 grams at each meal would do it for you (assuming 6 meals a day). You can drink egg beaters if you are in a hurry.

Right now this my adjusted intake of Protein.

1st meal 6:50: ON whey shake x2 46g
2nd Meal cup of oats about 6g 9-9:30 + 2 hardboilded egg whites 12g
3rd Meal, Chicken/Tuna Salad mixed greens oil and vin dressing 40g (8oz chicken breast. 12-12:30
4th meal can of tuna 37g 4-4:30
work out. 7:15 until about 8:45
5th meal what ever is for dinner at the very least 20g protein. 9:15
6th ON whey shake 26g single shot: 23g 11:00pm

Grand total of 184, right not I'm 182lb

That's it I can't eat anymore LOL
