ive been getting my protien intake mostly through whey shakes?? is this ok??

Seems expensive, but you should try getting as much protein from whole foods as possible.

Whey just goes through you quicker. Whole food will provide more of a steady state of protein and ye old nitrogen retention. Arg.

ditto try getting most from whole food and a variety of sources.....chicken, eggs, steak, etc.,
