I dont know, seems fine to me, 3g CEE Maltate and 2g of Glutamine AKG.

over priced for one for the ingredients. I liked Cre-ethyl thunder. Alot of ppl are liking Green bulge from Controlled Labs also.

Muscle Tech is just a plain shitty company, they have an amazing marketing team, but over price and even lie about their supplement ingredients. Basically you want to stick to the basics. Protein, Creatine, glutamine, BCAA's, multi vitamins, efa's, and post workout carbs should be the basics. Id check out our sponsors www.trueprotein.com or www.cmfnutrition.com
