alright now i feel a lil confused and scared at the same time cuz i dont wanna loose wut i worked my ass so hard for....first i wanna no for cutting some guy told me that u need 10g of carbs per kilo and 1.7g of protein per kilo daily...imean is that true but isnt that when am cutting my diet should b high protein modrate carbs low fat...i mean the guy knows alot of shit and i trust him and he told me these according 2 scince....so i wanna no how many grams of carbs per pound and how many grams of protein per pound does lets say a person need when CUTTING and BULKING...now from wut i no is that u need at least 1g of protein per pound and no more than 2g cuz then it will b useless....now the guy told me similar thing he told me that if i consume more than 1.7g of protein per kilo it will b use less....also when cutting is it really that bad 2 eat carbs at night i mean even if u train lat...like i some people say u should stop eating carbs at 6 and some say at 7 and i read in the magazin at 3 lol.....and at the begging at my cutting diet i used 2 stop eating carbs at 6 and it used 2 b hard on me mently i tell u y cuz i used 2 kinda squeez alot of carbs in 1 meal like for eg. 2 cups of oatmeal for breakfast and it used 2 take me hours 2 finish each meal with struggling..so i refined my diest i split it up and now am having carbs with each of my 6 meals a day even at night..i mean is that wrong when cutting 2 eat carbs at night....anyways am hoping that u cuz help me out here..thx..
here is my old diet when i started cutting:

and this is my current diet i hope also somebody help me with counting those grams of protein and carbs in there and tell me wut u all think:
meal1: multivitamin and mineral tablet and omega 3.6.9 tablet
10 egg whites with 2 yolks
1 cup of oatmeal (pre cooked measurment) with 1 cup of water
1 bannaa
1 L of water with 1 tps of coffe
meal2: 1 and a half can of tuna
1 cup of brown rice
1 bannaa
1 L of water
meal3: PREWORKOUT 1 and a half can of tuna
1 cup of brown rice
1 bannaa
half L of water with 1 tps of coffe
meal4: POSTWORKOUT 8 eggwhites and 1 scoop of gatorade powder with 1 banana
1 L of water
meal5: 16 oz. chicken breast
1 cup of brown rice
1 L of water
meal6: 1 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup of oatmeal (pre cooked measurment) with 1 cup of water
half L of water
NOTE: i also drink 1.5 L of crystal light throw out the day
i used 2 eating lots of vegetabls in my prevoius cutting diets but i got sick and tired from the freken tast
