Does anyone know the effects of 6-OXO? I plan to take it for 6 weeks, 4 to 6 pills a day. I have been informed by my local supplement store that it is a good estrogen suppressor. Is this a waist of my time and money?

Don't take it. Only use it after you cycle off of a cycle to bring your testosterone levels back to normal.

From my experience, it's cool. I take the Instone 6-OXO, it also has tribulus and ZMA much better than the ErgoPharm 6OXO

It's an aromatase inhibitor. It will raise your test levels by blocking estrogen formation. It's only a waste of money if you want very dramatic results from it, which you won't get, or if you waste money on an over priced version of it. It can be gotten in bulk powder form very cheaply at some stores. By itself you'll probably get a little boost from it. It's best when combined with either a testosterone booster, an SHBG inhibitor or a cortisol blocker. I personally wouldn't use it to PCT from anything but the mildest cycles. AIs are more for on cycle use when running aromatizing compounds to help keep estrogen in check. SERMs or a combo of SERM and AI is best post cycle in my opinion.
