instead of eating chicken breasts at night, eat some egg whites, they are dirt cheap at the grocery store, pack lots of fat free calories, and
egg protein (casein) stays in your body for up to 8 hours helping keep you anabolic (muscle building state) while you sleep. Plus if you are scared of calories, each egg without the yolk only has 17 calories/no fat at all. I eat tons of them, they've helped me packed on some serious weight this past year. Don't be scared of calories though, if you are looking to pack on muscle you won't be doing it on a low-cal diet, i tried it and it doesn't work. I usually eat 4000-5000 calories a day. I put on 40 pounds of muscle in the past year on that diet, at relatively the same bodyfat.
