Hello Everyone!!

So I have been lifting weights and doing cardio 6xs a week for a good solid year. I知 much stronger then when I started and I just want to add supplements to my diet.
3x weights, 3x Cardio per week.


I have been using GNC mega man multivitamins



I going to order Beverly International Vitamin Packs

I need suggestion on protein shake or mix. I need something I can use with water because I can稚 drink milk.

Also I知 still confused about fish oils and flax? (Any light on this would be very helpful)



I知 bumping the protein intake to 1.5g of Protein per pound of my weight.



I eat 5xs a day now but need more Protein in my diet. I知 very dedicated to working out at this point, because all the positive changes in my life that it has brought. I want to be lean all the time not looking to bulk, slow gain in lean muscle mass is fine with me. Not looking to compete or use anything that will harm my health.

One last thing, I'm luck enough to afford supplements so price is not a option. I looking to only take the best stuff out there.

My Budget is 200.00 per month not including food.

Let me tell you what works for me. I use the Met-RX drink mix http://cfmnutrition.com/metrx-50pack.html both to get substantial protein and because it taste great with just some ice and water.

Another option is 100% Whey protein http://cfmnutrition.com/100-whey.html which does not taste too bad with just some cold water in a shaker bottle.

Flax oil is good for getting EFA (Essential Fatty Acids) http://store.cfmnutrition.com/flaxoil.html which helps for both growth and recovery. Its a great way to get your EFA if your diet does not provide enough.

Nice post bigmk! I also love metrx, but be sure to take the straight whey after working out. The Metrx is nice because the protien blend takes longer for your body to digest.
