IMHO, between maltodextrin, maltose and dextrose, buy whichever is cheaper and easier to find.

Or you can just get it from real food. Back in the days when they didn't have fancy powders they ate good old meat and potatoes post workout. Never kept them from getting big.
I got it for $3.50 for 2lbs, not bad at all if you ask me. Flex also put a link up to another site that has it for $3 flat.. not bad at all for some post workout carbs.

I have been taking it for two days so far and I must say, post workout I do feel a little more energized then before and it makes the post workout shake taste better

They had very good NATURAL bodies. Of course, you can't possibly compare them to an IFBB pro

Lifters back in the 20s, 30s, 40s (though in these last years they all started juicin', nothing like nowadays though). You don't need names, just goggle the subject and see the pics of the guys back then. Of course they didn't have any mass monsters, but they had very good muscular, aesthetic bodies.
