Alright guys. Currently I am bulking and I would say 98% of the time it is a very clean bulk including no fast food.

Today my mom brought home 2 KFC Snackers for me, and just for a random meal I ate them. With them my current daily food stats are:

3307calories 242protein 96fat 376carbs and this is not my last meal of the day.

I was just curious how terrible would the fat of this food be to my overall diet? I stopped doing abs since I am bulking and I really try to stay away from this food because I still have my abs showing in my bulk due to the fact it is clean, how harmful is it to have a cheat meal like this every now and then in your overall daily diet?

3300 calories isnt much for a bulk, i cut on way more than that. Overall its not great to have something like KFC anytime, but if you are bulking, its good to have some semi-cheat foods every now and again.

Why did you stop training abs?

I just stopped training them because my abs are still there and I can feel them pretty strong, but I realized even when clean bulking you won't 100% see all of your abs so I either don't do them or do them 1x a week.

I am going to start doing them every night before I go to sleep because usualyl after an intense workout I am too tired to do them. Also 3300 was with my 6th meal I eat 8 meals a day and I think 3300 is a lot for bulking.

I am only 5'11 175-8ish at the moment and I'm trying to bulk to 200-210lbs.

I usually never eat cheat meals but the snackers were there and I was hungry so I just ate them, and it's not like they were as bad as fries even though I do know those are bad. I HARDLY ever eat fast food from such places.

Jesus, no wonder I gain weight so slowly.

I thought my maintance calorie intake was 2800 and I was eating more then that. 5k whoa thats gonna be a challange to try to fit that much food into a day. Everyone thinks im weird for eating as much as I do and I have to damn near double that :(

Oh well hardwork always pays off in the end, thanks guys.

It is no harm at all and is quite common for people to have cheat meals and days and still have great results. For alot of people it is necessary when bulking or to stay sane :)

I am also on a bulk right now. I'm about 5' 7".. 150 lbs, looking to get to around 170-180. Obviously I'm significantly smaller than you and I still try to get in anywhere between 3500-4000 calories a day. I agree, it's a lot of work.. but like you said, in the end it will be worth it.

You should continue to do ab exercises even though eventually you may not be able to see them very well. Just because they may be covered does not mean that they aren't there. Think about it... if you continue to work on them it's just less work you will have to do during your cut.

I also try to keep my bulk as clean as possible. However, whenever I am in a position where I can either eat more food, reguardless of it's nutritional value, or not eat... I will choose to eat 90% of the time. Keep in mind that the calories are what you're going for, fat can always be cut off at the end. That's not to say that it isn't important to maintain a clean bulk.. you just have to keep your #1 goal in mind.
