god .. they are a lot of diadvantages .. the only advantage of it is post workout

Ok, from this DAY forward in the name of bodybuildingdungeon.com I will lower my sugar intake and most definatley exclude any odvious sugar additives in my diet.

i dont think that it will hurt that much if u consume some sugar during the workout and also after the workout...

I presume we are talking about too much sugar a reasonable intake will not make it public enemy number one.

Sugar........are we talking glucose/fructose, i.e. table sugar, or are we talking, say, High-Fructose Corn Syrup?

isnt natural sugar good for you such as fruits, i stay away from chocolate bars and stuff like that?

Obviously these are all effects that take place if sugar is consumed at an enormous rate during the entire day like the average american. Glycogen post workout will lead you no harm.
