However, if you do cardio 3x a week for 30-45 minutes, and lift weights, you will notice achange in body composition . For diet, avoid sugars, except post workout. Aim for 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, divided into 6 meals during the day. For supps, I would say go with the tried and true----creatine, glutamine, whey protein, possibly a
