you mean RTD shake ?? .. i tried this one and it tastes good whether you prefer vaniila or choco or srawberry

yea ive tried the pro M3 with 50 grams of protein, it was good tasting for the choco one but i didnt see much results from it

i hate any srawberry flavour cuz it tastes like shit and i think that these flavours were made for the girls...lol...but i prefare the vaniila taste......

LOL! I do believe you are right Fahad. Strawberry is my favorite flavor and Eli hates it too. More for me! :~woohoo:

Yeah, I used to take the chocolate flavor one...but it began to bloat me. I think it's better to take your protein seperate. What I mean is ProM3 has Whey, Albumen, and Soy, and it would be better to take the purest form of them seperately in my opinion!!!
