Today I went to the doctors for my physical and my blood results came back. he said my kidney count in high? Mine in like 26 and the normal range is 18-22 or something? He said it mite be because of the creatine I have been taking. My question is, next month sometime I have to get my blood drawn again. Is there anything I can do a few days ahead of time to prep for this so my kidney lever isnt high again, and so that I dont get my supplements taken away?

Your creatine will make your kidney function tests high. Kidney function is measured by creatnine clearance. Poor function = poor clearance= high blood creatnine levels.
Creatnine is a breakdown product of creatine and would thus be expected to cause elevated serum levels despite normal kidney functioning. It does however not indicate kidney damage. Stay of it for 4 weeks get retested rto prove this and then go back on it. The fact remain this creatnine has to be cleared putting a strain on the kidney which should not be a problem as long as adequate water levels are taken

Creatine does not affect the liver!

What count exactly was high? Cant be creatinine, a level of 26 would be out of this world. If it was your BUN level its probably because youre eating so much protein.
