Has any one tried to protein cycle, its like carb loading and then carb depleting, what your are supposed to do is load up with protein for about 1 week then start depleting your protien intake everyday until the end of the following week,
until you ingest about 100 grams of protein do it for a week then load up again.
Now i read that some were but i dont remember, if any has any info or comment, please let me know |
