Has any one tried to protein cycle, its like carb loading and then carb depleting, what your are supposed to do is load up with protein for about 1 week then start depleting your protien intake everyday until the end of the following week,
until you ingest about 100 grams of protein do it for a week then load up again.
Now i read that some were but i dont remember, if any has any info or comment, please let me know

Ive heard about it, but Ive heard only bad things. There is no reason to cycle protein.

Carb loading is a proven technique. Cycling protein would not seem to have any benefit except negative (starving your muscles for what they need to grow), in this case would lead to your body tapping into your muscles for the needed protein. Bad idea. 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight will be hard on your kidneys. Yes, I use this ratio as well, be sure to drink LOTS of water to flush them out regularly.
