Hello everyone. I'm trying to get rid of some stubborn bodyfat. Here's my food schedule etc. I workout approx 4 days a week. I do cardio for an hour each time, sometimes before i eat anything in the morning (depends on if i wake up in time for work.) and an hour of cardio before i go to bed. I eat approx 7 times a day. I currently weight 190 lbs and i'm 5'8. I had my bodyfat tested about 1 year ago and it was around 18%. I take the following supplements and foods in throughout the day

Morning 11am
1/2 cup of oatmeal with 3 packets of splenda
32 grams of protein shake
1 multivitamin
2 fish oils
1 calcium
1 glusomine tablet

1pm
1 chicken breast (with salsa on it to speed up metabolism)
1 fish oil tablet

3:30 pm
1 chicken breast
Maybe a small salad with light ranch

5:30pm
2 chicken breast with salsa
1 fish oil tablet

8:00
1 chicken breast with salsa

10:00
1 chicken breast

11 pm- off work and off to the gym
I workout for about 30 mins and i usually do treadmill for an hour.

If anyone has any suggestions please make them :)

I think you want to get some more carbs in. Unless you dont care about maintaining muscle. I would try to workout before you work. That way your metabolism would be high throughout the entire day.

no it doesnt suck, and no you shouldnt. He's eating 6 chicken breasts a day, why would he need to up the protein? Olive oil isnt great for a cut either as monounsaturated fats are the most easily stored.

It looks okay bro. Breakfast is good, the rest of the day id like to see a bit more carbs esp pre/post training, and more fish oils. Also try and seperate cardio/weights.

Listen to Hdogg, hes right on. You need post workout carbs AND protein, not just carbs as someone stated above. There are also links in here to cardio and the timing, etc. I would also try to eat something (Oatmeal and whey) an hour or two before cardio in the morning, as cardio on an empty stomach plays hell with cortisol levels. Good Luck!!!!!!!
