Cuz I take GNC's 100% Whey Protein, which is excellent in my opinion. But since I've heard that Optimum's Whey is like the ****, I was considering getting it???

yea optimum is a very good protein, and is priced very low. you can get a 10lb bag or approx 50$

If you ask me all whey proteins are the same for the most part. I mean yea there are 100%'s and casein or w/e. But all 100%'s are the same and all casein's are the same (in my opinion). I just think it comes down to price.

We're talk'n about whey here. I don't take a caseinate supp...I eat cottage instead!!! Not all whey proteins are the same...they don't all have the same kind of whey in them!!!

I believe the gold standard contains a higher percentage of whey protein isolates than the 100% whey.
