I DO A COMPETITION IN OCTOBER AND TAKE CLEN BUT I WOULD TAKE FAT BURNER WITH IT BUT NATURAL(SUPLEMENT).

HOt rox sucks. Clen will work good make sure though you take something like primo or winstrol alongside it to preserve your muscle mass while the clen is burning fat. (This is if your show is not drug tested and if you take roids, I really don't know.)

If all else fails, you can still buy ephedrine legally off the web. Don't waste your money on the hydroxycut or lipo6 it's all bs bro.

This is old school, but it does the trick. Many who compete at my gym use this while cutting. Be careful with the doses is my only advice.

I agree with Tech, EGCG is basically the most beneficial aspect of Green Tea, personally i just reccomend Green Tea, or the occasionaly (say once or twice a week) 200mg caffeine pill. Take roughly 30 mins before cardio.

Yeah clen works, so does DNP which is poisonous. Ephedrine has been used by the chinese for literally a hundred years. Take the prescribed doses on the bottle and you should be perfectly fine with Ephedrine.
