I've heard about people doing that. Im gona cycle carbs when I cut but ive heard to do it differently. I've heard to go something like Monday-350g, Tuesday-300g, Wednesday 200g, Thursday 150g, Friday 100g, Saturday 75g and Sunday no more than 50g. As far as eating as many carbs as you want on off days untill feeling stuffed, I dont think thats a great idea. Some days you'll be more hungry than others. You want to keep track of everything that goes into your body when you cutting or just trying to loose some fat. |
