Hey i am going to do carb cycling to cut, is this a good idea? Here is what my carb cycling looks like.

Monday: Low carbs (this is my upper body day)
Tuesday:High Carbs (This is my lower body day)
Wed:No carbs (This is my day off)
Thursday:Low carbs (This is my upperbody day)
Friday: High carbs (This is my lower body day)
Saturday: Low carbs (Day off)
Sunday: No carbs (Day off)

On low carb days i eat 1 gram of carb per lb of bodyweight. I eat 1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight. And for fats i keep them to no more then 40 grams.

On high carb days i eat as many carbs as i can without feeling stuffed. And eat 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight. And my fat intake is still no more then 40 grams.

On no carb days i eat no carbs except vegetables. I eat 2 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight. And i eat no more then 40 grams of fat.

Cardio will be done on off days.

I've heard about people doing that. Im gona cycle carbs when I cut but ive heard to do it differently. I've heard to go something like Monday-350g, Tuesday-300g, Wednesday 200g, Thursday 150g, Friday 100g, Saturday 75g and Sunday no more than 50g. As far as eating as many carbs as you want on off days untill feeling stuffed, I dont think thats a great idea. Some days you'll be more hungry than others. You want to keep track of everything that goes into your body when you cutting or just trying to loose some fat.
