What’s your opinion on BSN’s new product Axis HT?
I was going to purchase this next week.
A. is there side effects that will affect my sexual performance
B. dose it build muscle w/ water weight
C. will I loose everything I gain once I’m off?

if your wondering if it affects your sexual performance why take it...caffine tabs over affects my sexual performance....just ask my cat!!

I just feel like I’m not gaining any more muscle. I started working out 8 months ago and have gained a little over 30 lbs (went from 160-194, I’m about 6.0 - 6.1ft tall oh and I’m 20years old) so I was just looking at getting something to help boost my workouts. (I was planning to take it just for a month) I would also like to know how to loose the weight I gained around my stomach. I try to eat as healthy as possible and do a little cardio after every work out (just started that last week) you seem to be knowledgeable on bodybuilding; I believe I have talked to you before. My goal is to be 210 w/ 5% body fat (seems to be next to impossible for me)

I just wasn’t sure I didn’t know if it was bad to take Testosterone boosters at a young age, or if it was pointless

This crap isn't gonna help you achieve your goals, it will only make your wallet empty. If you post what your diet looks like we can help you out more, but nothing will make you grow like getting a good hard consistant diet. Also, doing cardio after your workout is not a smart idea.

Hey bro,

congrats on the gains, thats pretty impressive. Your goals are very lofty, thats 210 in competition shape, which is massive. You are going to gain a LOT of muscle to come close to that. Its very hard to gain muscle without gaining some fat also. keep eating a lot from clean foods, but move the cardio to your off days to keep fat gain minimal.

im not trying to be in competition or anything because my chest has a big dip in it (birth defect)
that was just a goal i wanted to reach (not really practical i guess)
i just want to be a big guy well defined w/ abs (i want abs really bad)
so i guess what ever it takes to do that
