L-Glutamine Capsules or powder

hey guys i am just wondering what would be better to take an L-Glutamine capsules or powder? i am looking at two products, AST Presents:GL3 750 Caps,
or prolabs L-Glutamine powder which one do you think is better?

Capsules are easier to take but more expensive by far. Simply mix the glutamine up with your protein shake (assuming you take protein)... kill two birds with one stone.

anyone know about the L-Glutamine that is sold as Costco Wholesale...is it any good??? it does say is a pharmaceutical grade one so im sure its good.
