So I woke up one morning and thought 'hey, lets make a shake'. So this is what I did. I took 8 oz of milk, one serving of oatmeal, 1 whole egg and 2 whites, 1 banana. I mixed all that up in a blender. Then I added another 4 oz of milk, half a banana, two more egg whites and one more serving of oatmeal. Turned out to be really good. I figured its about 35g of protein and about 80g of carbs. Just figured I'd post it for people on the go. Oh and I wouldnt do it if your blender isnt very powerful.

Guess i was proud of myself lol

i heard that if u drink raw eggs even if its pastraized your body wont even absorb like 50% of the protein...even worse u can get salamola (wut ever they name it) if its not pastarized....so its prolly better to cook them then blend them...

Hey! Super cool Diesel. Although, as Fahad said you could get salmonella poisoning from raw eggs. Our good friend got it and he lost 35 lbs. Kinda counter productive to any and all weight gains he got from the shakes with raw eggs. lol.

One thing you could do is buy a pasteurized egg substitute---something like Egg Beaters or they also sell Egg Whites that have been pastuerized.(might not taste as good though)

I personally have never gotten sick from eating raw eggs but the results of salmonella are pretty horrible!!!

I thought it tasted pretty good. I really only tasted the milk and banana. But I think since I only put 1 whole egg and 4 whites I couldnt really taste the eggs. Since egg whites dont have too much of a taste to them anyways.....
