today i just bought 6 16.80ibs of beef packs for $11.45 apiece 90% lean wooo weee!!
i think im going to go mostly beef during the bulking thing..in the past i'd have chicken in the spring summer..
any of you do the red meat during bulking???
i like useing it because i do seem to put on size and amazing as it is little fat so far..
right now im 243ibs %`17 fat roughly..if i climb up to 270ish by christmas what would be a reasonable mount of fat to put on that could be taken off by lets say june1st of next year??
