This is for those of you who loves bread!
15g yeast
15g honey (or sugar)
3dl water
½kg flour (high contest of protein and gluten)
15g salt
1. Dissolve yeast and honey in half the water in a bowl
2. Add flour and salt until the flour is completly absorbed. Then add the rest of the water and keep kneating that bread. It's possible you need more flour, just add until consistency is good
3. Now kneat the bread on the table with some flour for 5 minutes
4. Put the bread in a bowl with a towel on top for 1 hour.
5. When time is up knock the bread down for 1 minut and put it in the oven for 20min at 225¤
This is the best bread I've ever had and it can be used for everything, even pizza.
