from wut i no is that bodybuilders eat lots of fiber espacilly when cutting...and alot of bodybuilders eat borocoli and other vegies for fiber and all that....now in the the past i used to eat borocoli and frozen vegetables like crazy and i dont no how i did that...i mean its just like the most painful thing in the ass that i have to eat....my question is if am eating lots of oatmeal and brown rice which is from wut i no a good source of complex carbs and fiber do i have still 2 eat veggies when am cutting or wut...i mean do u think that oatmeal and brown rice should b enough 2 get my fiber and help me with cutting..btw do u no if ronnie coleman have ever eaten veggies cuz it seems that he doesnt eat them that much even when hes dieting...thx...

reggardless of fiber, definately increase intake of green veggies on a cut

They are so low GI, high fiber, help neutralize acidic balance, and are amazing source of vitamins. Im eating broccoli as i write this (but im bulking, so im using some ranch dip )
