then as i got talking to this person who i first thought was guy cuz 'she' was facing the proteins and stackin them up. lol it turns out its a girl and she was freakin huge man. bigger than me in some ways for sure!
so then i said that im taking a weight gainer and i want to switch to just a whey protein blend, which we all agree to that the weight gainer are crap anyway.
she tell me that ok but dont be supprised if u loose weight. when ever u go from weight gainer to protein u are reducing ur calories. as we do know that the gainers give us an easy 1000cal per shake minimum where as the protein will give half of that.
so this kind of makes sence but ahhhh ijust bought what i went in for. see link above.
so do u guys think she has a point there or a bunch of crap!!
also about creatine she goes its better to take a creatine esters types of products as these will give u some good size and when u get off it, u will keep the size compared to the others like creatine monohydrate - as the weight gained from this is water retention. she showed me the
Dymatize - Xpand so yea, what are ur thoughs on this!!!
