whats up im a newB....im having a hard time trying to lock down a diet plan .......im 225lbs 5'11" and im trying to lose body fat (dont know actual body fat % yet but its not looking good trust me). im tring to cut body fat and build lean muscle mass at the same time...from what ive learned so far i figure i would need at least 250-300 grams of protien a day but as far as the carbs and fat and what to eat and when to eat it ...i lost. i work out first thing in the morning around 5AM.............can anybody help me find a diet plan good for me |
