Hey guys well just a dumb quick question, I wanna bring back a little bit of memories...Do you guys remember your first ever supplement you first took? Well i'll start of with mine it was a GNC weight gainer i was barley into working out and didn't really know anything about nutrition.

yup, mine was a GNC strawberry protein. I didnt know how to take it or how much to use lol. All i remember is how nasty it tasted and how I never thought I would be able to drink anything that tasted so bad (even tho i find myself drinking even worse things now)

Prolab's N-Large 2 Weight Gainer. Actually a pretty decent supplement (not that I would take it now though); too bad my diet sucked so it really didn't make too much of a difference. Next was ON's 100% Whey.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, my first supplement was Body Fortress Whey. Tasted so horribly though that I used one part Whey 3 parts Nesquik ha.

haha ya its really sad how kids want the quick fix without doing any research. my friend got a hold of 'andro' when he was 16 and took it without cycling or pct. i dont think he had any adverse side effects, but he didnt grow either. thank god he got ripped off.

anyway my first was EAS protein. still use it sometime when there are good deals on it

Ultimate orange the original kind.Holy S.hit I thought I was on crack.The guy that gave me the amount to take weighed 283 and i was 156. I took the same dose as him.Holy hell fellas I was like the energizer bunnies on fresh batteries and an eight ball of crack. I worked out legs so hard i laid out of work the next day!!

lol i remember the first time i took animal pak the caffeine pills got me TOO wired. I was working out like a maniac. The next day i couldnt even move. From then on i was hooked to lifting

I also remember Ultimate Orange--that was one great supplement.

I think the first thing I ever tried was one of Weider's protein shakes, Dynamic Muscle Builder? Forgot the name. I was about 14.

haha,, yea i was about 22 yrs old i think when that came out, man yea i was wired as hell,, probably the best tasting ,, ultimate orange was the sh.it!! my first supplement as well,, oh a blast from the past
