well you could definately chose some cheaper options, the added **** in amplified whey, bcaa, and glutamine.... arent as effective when taken with complete proteins.... jsut do a solid whey casein blend for proteins,

much more effective products than hydroxycut, its much rougher on your body to put on size while also increasing test and trying to put on size.

vitamins are fine, if you'd like suggestions, post a pic, bf% daily food intake, and goals specifically

well the reason i chose the amplified wheybolic 60 was because it was a lean protien that way i didnt gain to much weight off of it you know, but i cant really post a pic right now im still having trouble figureing out all the buttons on here and ive used it for a while lol i did somewhat but now that im in the marines and i stoped using it for a while i have to get back into it but my bf% right now is 10.3% my weight is 186lbs im 5'11" tall my diet is pretty much the healthyiest things i can find at the chow hall when its time to eat chow which is normally....breakfeast- 1 ham omlet (small) 1 cup of yogurt (lowfat) 1 small bowl (1/4c) total cereal either 1 bannana or 1 apple whatever is there, Lunch- large salad no dressing (1/4) or 1 small scoop of cottage cheese on top, and steemed rice mixed with the healthiest meat i can find everyonce in a while i add potato slices if they have it and a fruit (apple), evening- large salad with (1/4c or small scoop cottage cheese) again rice with meat and mixed veggies- i try to eat the healthiest i can with what i have to work with

No offense to everyone but. Really can we stop with the animal pak stuff this is jus as big of a rip off as any vita pak or any other over priced b.s. Vitamin out there. You don't need to take 24 pills a day to get your vitamins eat rite and take a two a day that is time released and don't pay more than 12 dollars for a multi yes there important

Thats why its a supplement its not a replacement, 24$ isnt a lot considering hes paying 40 right now so yeah.

So now to answer you questions...wheybolic be it very pricey it is low cal 90 cal per 20 g shines of protein...keep in mind that you can always get a lean protein that cost less for more pounds(5 plus)and will stay low in cals around 120 cals to 150 cals depends on flav. Try o.n. 100 percent whey...I agree with newman hydro cut for a full days dosage is 600 mgs of caffeine its hard to build any muscle or even maintain what you have when your body is flooded with cortisol and you burning all the nutrients we need for our muscle...get rid of that arimatest if you trying to get lean there is no need for a methoxy 7
-flavone return that.... try recreate and anabolic pump from usp labs ....now be warned that diet could use some work and supps don't get you lean your diet does

A replacement? I'm jus saying that I don't see how dropin 20 extra pills a day is conducive toward any ones program. And I don't think it needed(20 pills) for what your getting out of that vit. And as far as 24 dollars that isn't bad so scrap my over priced comment I guess u can't put a price on a multi

lol animal pak only has like 12 pills not 20, so whats your argument the extra 15 seconds out of your day taking 12 pills instead of 5 hmmmmm. I don't understand what your trying to say. Those extra pills have a purpose one is a digestive aid and others are amino's.
**Edit i just counted theres 11 so yeah..

ya the diet could always use work but cant really do anything when i have to eat at a chow hall and ya that animal pack would probably be better since im paying over 40 for the vitapaks right now so i think im going to go ahead and switch to those after i use what i have left of the vita packs and well when i bought the wheyabolic it was buy 1 get another half off and it seemed to be the leanest protien i could find but i mean what im trying to do the reason im taking the testosterone boosters is because im not looking for anything to close to anabolic roids because of drug test that we have to do in the military at random times but i dont just want to take protien shaks you know and im not really trying to get lean im trying to bulk up but still loose what belly fat i have and you know define my body which is why i got the wheyabolic because it has only 1 gram of fat and 10 cal fat but i mean do you know of any that are a lean type of protien like that but maybe not so expensive?

Ortega anabolic pump and recreate are not a.a.s. (Roids)...as far as getting lean while gaining muscle it jus won't happen wit that diet...u could try to have a specific calorie range to hit per meal in between those meals have a protein shake and bananas would that be do able

Now your talkin...it would be hard to develop lean muscle and trim body fat at the same time factor in the fact the you have such a tight schedule right now and it would be pretty close to impossible...as far as bulking goes grab a gainer shake split one serving to two and have those in between your meals and maybe some casien before bed
