Which ones would you say are better.

EAA = Nutritional Information

Amount Per Serving
L-Leucine 1g (1,000mg)
L-Valine 444mg
L-Lysine 444mg
L-Phenylalanine 378mg
L-Threonine 312mg
L-Isoleucine 177mg
L-Histidine 144mg
L-Methionine 99mg
Vitamin B6 600mcg

Serving Size: 3 Tablets.

BCAA = Nutritional Information

Amount Per Serving
Leucine 1500 mg
Isoleucine 750 mg
Valine 750 mg
Vitamin B6 12 mg

Serving Size: 3 Tablets.

Now i know the EAA would be the obvious first choice because it contains more aminos BUT as im getting most if not all the amino from the foods i eat anyway would it be an idea to use the BCAA to top up on the more important ones.

you might want to look into getting pure l Lucine and cap it. i recently bought empty caps and a capping machine from amazon witch was cheap should be in this week.

i would get the bcaa which has more l Lucine.

IMO there both the same. I don’t think one or the other has a superior advantage. EAA have BCAA in them. What does stand out as mentioned above is the extra Leucine in the comparison you posted. More research today supports Leucine as being the more important Branch Chain Amino when initiating protein synthesis.

If your already taking a protien powder( unless there's a reason?) I don't see a need for a extra eaa formula.... I would jus do the bcaa powder and as some one already said I would find a bulk powder or xtend

Yeh i have been using BCAA's for a while now but been reading up on a few things saying that Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are good but are not so good on their own. That they need the other aminos to function properly BUT like i say i am gettin the other aminos from my steak, chicken, salmon and turkey etc right!? So BCAA it is!!!!

Do you take a protien powder? Don't get me wrong dude nothing can replace the value of whole food but when it comes to post work out you should have a powder of eaa and bcaa (whey) rite after w/o then have a meal 20 to 30 min later

BCAA superior, not to mention skip the damn caps, you'll jsut get sick of taking in the needed amount, with those products your looking at 18pills a day....

much easier to drink 40oz water loaded with BCAA

Of course i do dude. I have whey immediately after. I just wanna try a different approach to where as before i would have a whey shake after pretty much every meal, wheras now i want to use aminos instead. I will still have shakes; 1 in the morning, 1 possibly before training,1 after training and a casein shake before bed.
Just been reading up alot on things saying whey shakes can give you a washed out watery look as to aminos keepin it dryer.

true due to sodium and the water intake, but its neglegable.... yet aminos will give you hardly any negative nitrogen while proteins are packed with it, hence why people do better off whole food proteins as opposed to shakes....

skip the pills as taking 1g leucine 3x a day wont do a ton, got with bcaa drink unflavored or chaind out being tops in the industry at the moment, DONT USE GLUTAMINE AT THE SAME TIME and at least 1hr after food
