really depends on a lot more than jsut that,
whats ur schedule look like, including trainig time and food,
if first thing in the morning i find it hard to eat whole foods before a workout so its always shake before with carbs
and shake with carbs after
yet if u can handle whole food before and it is conveinent for you,
whole food is better off for ya, slower releasing and typically has more vitamins, and minerals that can be utilized during training, but i prefer to train on a light stomach :) so i do shakes |
