Before you take the below steps you should be taking a multi vitamin first and foremost. Joint support and other stuff of this sort is a good idea. Better safe then sorry
First step take protein: Isolate postworkout, caseinate shakes throughout day (2 shakes) or at night
Second step: creatine monohydrate, cheap and effective
Third Step: Nitric Oxide product (NO Xplode, Jack3d,
SuperPump 250)
After I'd say a year at the least of doing the above you'd be good to go BUT I'd start off with a "weaker" prohormone. Something like
Halodrol 50 (H-Drol) would be a good first PH. Obviously you'll need a liver support supp during the cycle and a proper PCT (post cycle therapy) set up before you even start your cycle. Good luck man eat and train hard you'll grow with those numbers your set
