It's a methylated prohormone.

How long have u been training?
What is your bodyfat percentage?
What is your goal at the moment?

if you haven't yet taken any supplements, then, no... i would strongly advise against skipping multiple rungs on the supplement ladder so soon.

and if you have a 390 bench at 5'9"/213, why would you even want to?

Yeah a 390 bench is pretty nuts at those stats, I wouldn't really worry about any prohormone.

Dude if you aren't lying, and you really have only been training for 6 months, and you have a 400lb bench, you shouldn't take anything for at least 5 years.

p-plex isn't just any ordinary supplement, it's a prohormone, as previously mentioned. keep training natty, you're making great gains

Before you take the below steps you should be taking a multi vitamin first and foremost. Joint support and other stuff of this sort is a good idea. Better safe then sorry

First step take protein: Isolate postworkout, caseinate shakes throughout day (2 shakes) or at night

Second step: creatine monohydrate, cheap and effective

Third Step: Nitric Oxide product (NO Xplode, Jack3d, SuperPump 250)

After I'd say a year at the least of doing the above you'd be good to go BUT I'd start off with a "weaker" prohormone. Something like Halodrol 50 (H-Drol) would be a good first PH. Obviously you'll need a liver support supp during the cycle and a proper PCT (post cycle therapy) set up before you even start your cycle. Good luck man eat and train hard you'll grow with those numbers your set

Good post but still after a year that would be too soon, but then again that's just my opinion. And I doubt he'll be able to gt any good ph's in a year or so :(

i wouldn't worry so much about putting a lot of "good weight on" if you're sitting at a high bf%...

"good weight" is sitting beneath that body fat... so get to doin' some cardio.

all you'll need at this point, as others have mentioned, is a protein, a multi-vitamin, and some BCAA. all of these will work in conjunction with a well-planned deit/training/cardio regimen to help retain LBM and lose unwanted fat.

Yeah get on a good cutting diet. Pplex will give you mostly strenghlth gains and water weight if taken alone. You should normally stack it with a dry compound like tren.

Post up your diet in the nutrition section and we can get you on the right track to lowering your body fat

i havent been tryin to diet or lower my bf%, ive just been liften but since i ve been liften 5 days a week i have lost a lil fat gained alot of muscle im gonna start cardio but it will be light as to not affect muscle growth, i could defianitly eat cleaner, i was just wonderin if u need a PCT after u take p-plex and if it was dangerous like a steroid cuz im new to this supplement game and not sure about prohormones

This does require a PCT and it is a designer steroid..

it's a potent DMT precurser, which is a steroid... so you'll need all that jazz; support, PCT, etc.

seriously, dude, with your minimal experience, you should skip this idea.

with cardio, you'll minimize LBM loss by incorporating intervals into your routine. if you perform any type of cardio at a light or moderate pace, you're risking total loss, not just fat.
