Thinking of starting these products
not really training a bbding split more of a athletic work out training
will this still help? would i keep taking my normal Creatine?

Both are great products, and will help as long as you use them correctly and are following a diet and training routine. You need to take Anabolic Pump correctly(with the right amount of carbs). Creatine would be fine to continue the use of, when using these two products.

both are great, make sure you carb macros are on par for the anabolic pump.

definately work great, really helped me slam down carbs through the day(anabolic pump)

prime seems to be hit and mis, yet i see a majority of people LOVE the stuff for a natty test boost

Yeah both will help and yes do take creatine with it as anabolic pump will help with utilization...as far as prime you have to be looking for the rite things don't think your gonna gain 20 pounds of mass

how much carbs should i eat a day i ordered from orbit the other day some other stuff was discountinued but i hope it'll come soon

50 to 100 grams of carbs 15 min. After dosing your a.p. 3 times per day...and if you have the extra cash I feel that powerfull is one of the better supps... that they do that along with some jacked prior to you work out is pretty bad ass...are you going to take the prime?

Yeah I'll be taking the prime I can't take jack3d I tried it and hated it but should I invest in a waxymaize r carb shake or anything like that to help with the carbs or just eat it all
