i just started cutting, and i wanted to know what supps i should take. before, i wasn't really a "smart" lifter...i jsut loaded up on creatien and ignored nutrition and diet. now im starting to cut down to about 200, im 230 right now. What kind of supps should i be taking? right now im on white flood, which is an NO product, and im taking regular whey protein. should i change them up?

i tried a variety, the best for me was and still is Phenadrine, reason i stick with it is because like some of the other thremo supplements this one does not cause me to feel all jittery and only one dosage in the morning is needed,,

Keep in mine that Phenadrine and Recreate are completely different products... Both obviously have their place. Both highly regarded in the community...

Recreate is not stim based product but a true fat burning product...

It is based off appetite suppression, liberating fat, burning fat, muscle preservation, t3-t4 conversion(ultimate importance), and reducing cortisol specifically...nothing like it on the market.

-suppresses appetite and controls cravings
-Forces lipolysis (forcing fat out of fat cells)
-Increase thyroid output (the fat from lipolysis is burned and not redistributed)
-More importantly helps t4-t3 conversion and FREEs T3!!!!!

At the end, the energy from recreate is fat being burned as Fuel!

well some or most people put their logs in the fire place, but thats probably not what your thinking,, lol.... training section for well your training if your logging that, or supplement section if your doing a review on supplements..
