Hahaha, I had my first beta alanine supplement the other day. 20 minutes later - BOOM! Checking up online what I felt wasn't uncommon, just freaky.

I've been on white flood for about 2 weeks, it works pretty good so far- it gives you a good pump...and also, I jsut started cutting, and it's like the only NO product without any creatine in it

Just took white flood for the first time...The suprise? Is it the tingling like Crazy!? HAhah. Or the insane energy!? Becuz thats all i felt.
